All orders are processed promptly and sent away to get a date when we can install the digital system. We understand that our customers require their new equipment as soon as possible, but it is very important that at this stage we get everything perfect so the transition from the old analogue to the new digital service is as smooth as possible.
Our staff will liaise with you where necessary to ensure this is the case. Our customers are looked after by a specialist team all the way up to completion of the installation. After-care services are only a call away and we take great pride in offering advice to our customers on any telecoms enquiries that they may have.
