Differing levels of cover can also be tailored to suit your budget.

Depending on the severity of the problem, we can either fix the problem over the phone while you wait with remote diagnostics, have a replacment part from stock sent out the same working day or in the most severe of problems have an engineer at site within 8 - 16 working hours depending on the fault.

With Maintenance cover, you get free telephone support 9 - 5, Monday to Friday.
Need speed dials changing? Flex keys altering? Date/Time fixing? Just give us a call and we'll explain how.
 
Cover grants you the peace of mind to be assured that if anything goes wrong with either the system itself, the system cards, sockets or your desk handsets it will be fixed, you're allowed unlimited engineer callouts.
